Relevant Experience:
31 years experience as a senior financial markets professional in the areas of municipal and U.S. government securities, fixed income, financial derivative products, and institutional interdealer funding and hedging markets. Served on The Bond Market Association's Municipal Derivatives Committee, advised on the formulation of the Association's BMA Municipal Swap Index and the creation of Municipal Master Swap Documentation in conjunction with the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA). Responsible for the daily management of the municipal derivatives interdealer brokering operation at Euro Brokers. Co-founder of Swap Financial Group in 1998.
